On behalf of our client, a publicly listed technology company specialising in data analytics, business intelligence and AI-driven solutions with strong retail expertise, we are looking for an experienced "Senior Account Manager". The company works with global technology providers such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and MicroStrategy, and is a well-established name in business intelligence in Turkey.
We are looking for someone with a strong network in the IT and technology sector, a hunter profile in enterprise sales, and the ability to open new accounts and manage long sales cycles. A background in selling data analytics, business intelligence, software, ERP, CRM, cloud or digital transformation projects is important, along with the ability to turn existing relationships into new opportunities quickly.
What we are looking for
Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
At least 8 years of active sales experience in the IT sector
Proven track record in developing enterprise client relationships
Customer-focused, results-driven and strategic in approach
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Advanced English, written and spoken
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to offer value-driven solutions to clients
Work with global technology ecosystems such as Microsoft, IBM and MicroStrategy
Follow market developments and trends, working closely with marketing teams
Reach out to potential clients proactively and create new business opportunities
Win new clients and build long-term relationships with existing ones
Manage the sales process end to end: proposal, presentation, negotiation and closing
Use the company's CRM to track and report on sales, coordinate with relevant teams and suggest improvements
Work in coordination with technical sales teams to ensure client satisfaction
