Job Description

We are looking for a "Sales Manager" for an organization operating in cloud-based business applications, software licensing, and consulting services.

This role requires a professional who will lead the existing sales team, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen the commercial organization.

Role Overview

• Lead and develop the existing sales team and structure
• Drive commercial growth through new business development
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Management, and Customer Success teams for account expansion and new customer acquisition
• Understand customer needs and shape solution-oriented approaches
• Guide team performance and ensure effective coordination
• Implement structured sales methodologies for opportunity qualification and pipeline management

Qualifications

• Experience in technology, software, SaaS, or cloud-based sales
• Experience managing a B2B sales team (3–6 people)
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer management
• Understanding of software licensing, subscription models, and contract management
• Experience in consulting, project-based, or managed services (required)
• Background in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or similar business applications is a plus
• Familiarity with structured B2B sales methodologies
• Results-oriented with both commercial and operational perspective
• Strong communication and balanced leadership skills
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
