Technical Lead - Full-stack

We are looking for a "Technical Lead" on behalf of our client, a fast-growing health technology company and modern healthcare provider that is transforming access to care. Our client combines digital health solutions, an integrated EHR platform, physical healthcare locations offering urgent and primary care services, and a user-friendly patient app to make everyday healthcare simpler, faster, and more accessible.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and building full-stack applications, including both backend and frontend systems
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or tech lead role
• Strong experience with microservice architectures and cloud-based systems
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience using React, React Native, and/or ExtJS
• Experience building and consuming APIs using GraphQL and REST
• Proficiency in at least one strongly typed backend language, preferably Kotlin, Scala, or Java
• Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to work as an independent technical leader within a distributed team

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical work on building and scaling the company’s core platform and end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile
• Drive architectural and implementation decisions for highly available, scalable, and reliable full-stack systems
• Guide the team through system design, development, and delivery in a modern microservices and frontend application environment
• Promote best practices in software engineering across the stack, including code quality, observability, testing, and automation
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver cohesive and intuitive user experiences
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and fast, reliable delivery
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across frontend and backend domains
