Product Manager

Our client is one of the leading technology providers in Northern Cyprus, known for delivering communication solutions and digital services that simplify everyday life. With a strong focus on innovation and customer experience, they are now looking for a "Product Manager" to join their growing team and lead the development of fixed internet products and services.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in digital services, fixed internet, or platform management, including new product development.

Proven experience in strategic product planning, market analysis, campaign management, pricing, and revenue optimization.

Strong data-driven decision-making skills and KPI-oriented mindset.

Excellent command of English and Turkish.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and innovative mindset, capable of driving product improvements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define product strategies and roadmaps, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Develop and deliver innovative products and services that meet customer needs and market trends.

Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches.

Measure product performance using KPIs and analytics, and implement actions to improve revenue and profitability.

Design new tariffs, packages, and campaigns, optimizing for P&L impact.

Manage pricing strategies in collaboration with Pricing teams, aligning with market competitiveness and revenue goals.

Ensure excellent customer experience (CX) through product design and ongoing feedback integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Pricing, Advertising, Customer Experience, and Field Operations, to align product initiatives.
