İlan Detayı

We are seeking a "Cybersecurity Program Manager" for our client, an international technology services and consulting company. This role will focus on cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination within highly regulated environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end cybersecurity governance and regulatory compliance programs, ensuring timely delivery of mandatory regulatory submissions, and strengthening overall security and control frameworks in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Role Overview

You will operate at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and technology to deliver time-sensitive regulatory programs and ensure audit-ready, high-quality outputs for senior leadership and regulatory stakeholders.

The role requires strong program management capability, deep familiarity with cybersecurity governance frameworks, and experience working in complex, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of cybersecurity governance and regulatory compliance programs, ensuring end-to-end ownership from planning through execution, quality control, and submission readiness.

  • Manage time-bound, non-discretionary regulatory deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

  • Support cybersecurity regulatory attestation and certification processes, including coordination of evidence collection and stakeholder inputs.

  • Prepare and deliver senior management and board-level reporting on cybersecurity risk, control effectiveness, and program status.

  • Coordinate responses for regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations, ensuring complete and high-quality documentation and evidence.

  • Build and maintain repeatable, auditable operating models, including processes, templates, trackers, and evidence repositories.

  • Analyze cybersecurity risk and control metrics, KPIs, KRIs, KCIs, identify data quality issues, and drive root-cause resolution with relevant stakeholders.

  • Drive remediation tracking for cybersecurity control gaps, ensuring follow-through to closure and appropriate escalation where needed.

  • Coordinate across cybersecurity, risk, compliance, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of critical outcomes within strict deadlines.

  • Produce clear, structured, and well-evidenced documentation for internal governance and external regulatory requirements.

  • Support ongoing governance forums, ensuring actions, risks, and dependencies are tracked and resolved effectively.

  • Provide support for ad hoc regulatory requests, including rapid evidence gathering and issue resolution.

  • Continuously improve processes to reduce cycle time, improve control quality, and enhance delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Risk, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or IT governance roles.

  • Strong experience in cybersecurity program management, including ownership of regulatory or audit-driven deliverables.

  • Experience working in highly regulated industries; financial services experience is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

  • Experience supporting regulatory audits, examinations, or compliance reporting processes.

  • Ability to interpret cybersecurity risk and control metrics and translate findings into actionable remediation plans.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing executive and board-level materials.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams, and collaboration platforms such as Confluence. Power BI is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are preferred.
