IT Manager

Our client is a mid-sized energy company based in Istanbul, currently operating across multiple sites in Turkey and abroad. They are looking for an experienced "IT Manager" to own and run their entire IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on role; you will be the single person responsible for keeping everything running, making the right technology and vendor decisions, and building a scalable IT foundation that supports the company's growth, including international expansion.

What You Will Do
* Manage day-to-day IT operations: cloud-based server infrastructure, network, security, hardware, and end-user devices across multiple locations
* Take ownership of IT infrastructure for international offices and ensure consistent operations across all sites
* Administer and optimize business applications, including Logo ERP and Microsoft 365 licensing
* Own vendor relationships and manage contracts, renewals, and performance
* Provide internal IT support and ensure smooth resolution of user issues
* Maintain IT security policies and ensure compliance with KVKK and GDPR requirements
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
* Plan and manage the annual IT budget; track and report on expenses
* Identify technology gaps, propose solutions, and lead implementation projects
* Document IT processes and keep systems and procedures current as the company scales

What We Are Looking For
* 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3–4 years in an IT management role
* Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, network, and security
* Experience setting up or rebuilding IT functions, not just maintaining existing ones
* Familiarity with Logo business applications and Microsoft enterprise licensing
* Strong vendor management skills
* Comfortable being the primary IT person in a mid-sized company, with no large team behind you
* Good command of English, written and spoken; the role involves active coordination with the holding and international offices
