Business Manager | Lithium Battery & 3C Electronics | Europe
Job Description
We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Chinese high-tech manufacturer, currently scaling its sales operations across European and American markets. We're looking for a "Business Manager" based in Europe, someone with solid customer development experience in the battery or 3C consumer electronics space and the drive to build a market from the ground up.
What you'll be doing:
Developing and managing corporate and channel customers across Europe
Conducting market research and competitive analysis
Driving sales targets in line with the company's marketing plan
Managing customer relationships, handling complaints, and following up on receivables
What they're looking for:
Based in Europe, Netherlands preferred
3+ years of customer development experience in battery or 3C consumer electronics; or 5+ years in a related sales role
Fluent English; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, etc.) a strong plus
Willing to travel frequently; candidates with a European or US visa have an advantage
Strong self-drive, solid market judgment, results-oriented
Location: Europe, Netherlands preferred | Hybrid
