We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our client, which is the Turkey representative of a leading brand in cloud-based business applications.
Qualifications:
• At least 4-5 years of experience in CRM sales and digital transformation solutions.
• Strong background in selling sales force automation, after-sales service, and similar CRM solutions.
• Experience in corporate sales and project management.
• Advanced customer management and solution-oriented approach.
• High persuasion skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (Writing, Speaking, Reading).
• Team-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Successful background in field sales and regional management.
Job Description:
• Managing all sales activities for assigned regional application solutions.
• Managing and finalizing all stages of the sales process (meetings, analyses, proposals, and closing).
• Conducting pre-sales needs analysis with potential clients through online, phone, and face-to-face meetings, and offering customized solutions.
• Close collaboration with customer management and sales support teams, preparing solution proposals, and conducting presentations.
• Managing the customer portfolio in the region, acquiring new clients, and establishing strong partnerships with existing clients.
• Setting up demo systems on applications based on customer needs.
Hybrid (Primarily working from home, with occasional use of other 5-6 offices in the European/Anatolian side of Istanbul when needed.)
