Job Description

We are looking for an "HR Business Partner" for the Turkey office of our global client, a world leader in gas and services for the Industry and Healthcare sectors.

How Will You Contribute and Grow?


Strategic HR Leadership: You will oversee and manage critical HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, budget planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), talent acquisition, employee experience, people development, and ethics & compliance.

Business Partnership: Act as the primary HR leader and single point of contact for dedicated business units, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Reporting Structure: You will directly report to the local HR Director, playing a key role in shaping and executing HR strategies.


Are You a Match?


Experience: Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in HR, with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits (knowledge of Korn Ferry methodology is a plus).

Global Mindset: Experience working in an international environment with a solid understanding of all HR functions.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in leveraging technology to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

Analytical & Results-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Customer-Centric: A strong focus on both internal and external customer service, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, a team player with strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks.

Language Skills: Fluency in Turkish and advanced proficiency in English.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
