We are looking for a HR Business Partner for our customer who offers Information Technology services to the financial sector.
- Taking an active role in processes of recruitment, talent management and career management,
- Providing reports to business units,
- Driving and improving the end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition processes,
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screenings, interviews, involved in recruitment decisions, selection candidates,
- Bachelor’s degree with major in related departments
- 5-8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources OR in a similar role at a technology or consulting company
- Familiarity with HR processes, systems and tools
- Developed analytical thinking, planning and organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Good level of English knowledge,
- Able to use MS Office programs well.
