Job Description

 

We are looking for a “Guest Relations & Hospitality Services Manager” for our client, is a medical tourism company that mainly focuses on hair transplantation, dental, and aesthetic operations. 

  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • To support the departments that carefully meet the accommodation, transfer and after care needs of our guests coming from abroad and to ensure patient satisfaction. 
  • Coordinating with the Hotel and Transfer departments to assist in the arrival and departure processes of guests. 
  • Collaborating with the AfterCare department to provide support in meeting the post-treatment needs of guests. 
  • Maintaining communication with all external service providers and institutions serving our patients, conducting institution visits with relevant unit managers when necessary. 
  • Providing support in effectively resolving any requests and complaints forwarded to the relevant departments by guests. 
  • Collecting and evaluating guest feedback, organizing surveys, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement of our services. 
  • Reporting to the Board, monthly 
  • Ensure all legal standards are met. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Tourism or related fields. 
  • Excellent command of English with min B2 level. 
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or related fields. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. 
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Turkish languages. 
  • Strong communication skills, hospitality, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to flexible working hours. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. 
  • No obstacles to travel. 
  • B2 driving license. 
  • Done his military service (for male candidates).
