We are seeking a “Global Market Manager” to join a leading educational technology company in Turkey as they expand internationally. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and will be responsible for leading global market expansion efforts, focusing on the successful export of innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Lead and execute end-to-end market strategies for the international digital platforms, with a focus on mobile apps.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse global markets. You will be responsible for market entry plans and breaking into new regions.
- Oversee and enhance the organizational structure to support global expansion, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize your strong background in marketing and product management to drive the success of the subscription-based educational and gaming platforms.
- Understand and drive towards financial goals, including break-even points and revenue targets. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the profitability of the global initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to creative, product, and marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Enjoy remote work flexibility, with an expectation to collaborate closely during the initial period.
- Proven track record in managing global markets, particularly within mobile and digital business sectors.
- Experience in gaming is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and execute complex go-to-market strategies.
- Expertise in financial management, including break-even analysis and revenue forecasting.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding and developing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in launching and scaling products in international markets.
- Solid understanding of mobile app ecosystems and digital business models.
- Experience working across different cultures and markets, particularly in the U.S. and other key international regions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
