We are looking for a teammate to work as Assistant Manager of Customer and Market Analysis for our company, which is a GSM operator in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
General Qualifications:
- Preferably graduated from related departments of universities
- Technical knowledge and skills in GSM and smart products,
- Preferably with experience in brand communication, product and market analysis,
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and their use,
- Closely following technological trends,
- High work responsibility and strong follow-up skills
- Highly motivated, able to keep up with the intense and dynamic work pace
- Prone to teamwork,
- Customer-oriented employee,
- Problem solving skills,
- Result-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, high persuasiveness, representation and presentation skills,
- Good command of the English language,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Driving license and no travel restrictions
- Completed military service for male candidates,
Job Description:
- Plan the strategy of products, services and campaigns and be responsible for their execution in accordance with the standards
- Will take an active role in determining the current market situation of products, services and campaigns and identifying opportunities
- Guiding segments in identifying potential market needs and evaluating opportunities
- Ensure the management of relations with business partners and the design of joint campaigns
- Ensure that products, services and campaigns reach the right target audience by planning field activities to support sales
- It will add value to this channel by conducting brand collaborations to support customer loyalty and new customer acquisition,
- Make regular customer visits to establish new collaborations
