Job Description

We are looking for a “System Support Engineer/Expert/Specialist” for our client, a global technology company offering B2B solutions. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Installation, configuration, technical support, and maintenance of systems. 
  • Monitoring system performance and developing recommendations for performance improvements. 
  • Diagnosing and resolving potential technical issues. 
  • Implementing established backup and disaster recovery plans. 
  • Resolving user support requests and providing technical assistance. 
  • Planning system updates and upgrades based on customer requests.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 
  • At least 4 years of experience in system installation, technical support, and virtualization. 
  • Experience with Windows and Linux server environments. 
  • Knowledge of network protocols and security. 
  • Proficiency in English. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities. 
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills. 
  • Flexible with working hours (24/7 support availability).
