We are looking for a Solution Sales Representative for our client, which is the Turkey representative of a leading brand in cloud-based business applications.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solution sales.
• Experience in sales of CRM, sales force automation, after-sales service, e-commerce, and other digital transformation solutions is preferred.
• Candidates with strong technical knowledge in corporate applications are preferred.
• Ability to set up demo systems on applications based on customer needs.
• Proficiency in English (Writing, Speaking, Reading).
Job Description:
• Conducting sales activities for CRM, CX-Customer Experience, Sales, After-Sales Service, and Digital Transformation development projects for potential clients.
• Close collaboration with Customer Management, Sales Support Group, and Technical Project Group.
• Conducting pre-sales needs analysis with potential clients through online, phone, and especially face-to-face meetings, preparing proposals, and executing activities to close the sales.
• Setting up demo systems on applications based on customer needs.
• Collaborating with the company’s management, project, and sales support teams to prepare and deliver customer proposals.
• Selling Software License Leasing, Professional Services, and Maintenance/Support.
Hybrid (Primarily working from home, with occasional use of other 5-6 offices in the European/Anatolian side of Istanbul when needed.)
