Job Description

We are looking for a Solution Engineer for our customer that is part of an international group enjoying a healthy growth in Turkey. 

The company with operations in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, and Turkey provides software solutions (CAD, CAM, CNC, CAE, PDM, PLM, ALM, IoT, AR solutions), distribution, implementation, and training services for manufacturing companies to increase their competitiveness.

This is an excellent role for candidates who have B2B consulting experience in Application Lifecycle Management Solutions in the Turkish market.

Responsibilities

• Keeping up to date on ALM and/or PLM products and services
• Providing Technical Assistance to customers
• Supporting the sales team through presales activities
• Solution implementation
• Delivering training to customers
• Adhering to Company standards and procedures.
• Documenting and maintaining CRM content (activities, account information, contacts, opportunities)
• Achieve KPIs/Targets
• Availability for frequent travels throughout Turkey. 

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge about manufacturing/automotive/Defence sectors, product development processes
• Min 2 years experience in ALM products in customer site or as IT vendor /partner , experience on IBM Rational Doors or Siemens Polarion Requirements is an advantage
