We are seeking an experienced Material Control and Material Movement Manager to perform inventory control, logistics operations, and materials management functions for our client, a trailblazer in the industrial recycling sector in Saudi Arabia and the region.

- Manage the flow of raw materials from suppliers to production, ensuring adherence to internal control procedures and processes.
- Oversee logistics operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution, to optimize material handling and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal controls.
- Develop and implement performance measurement systems against KPIs to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce excess stock.
- Participate in internal and external audits to maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Ensure that all store and material handling operations adhere to internal control policies, minimizing risks related to material loss or mismanagement.
- Develop and implement an integrated management system to meet quality standards and manage quality claims issues through detailed reporting and corrective actions.
- Lead a large team of employees, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training on internal controls and ensure adherence to established procedures in material handling and inventory management.
- Lead the implementation and management of yard management systems to ensure efficient material flow, storage optimization, and inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for material storage and zoning across yards to ensure proper organization, easy accessibility, safety and accuracy of inventory, optimizing space utilization.
- Manage non-trading and consumable materials, coordinating closely with operations and procurement departments to ensure timely availability and replenishment.
- Develop control measures to track usage, reduce waste, and maintain optimal inventory levels of consumables
- Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in internal control, inventory optimization, and logistics operations.
- Proven track record in process improvement, internal audits, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Certifications in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP and ERP systems for inventory and process management.

- Fluency in English language is required, Arabic language is an advantage
