We are looking for a ''Budget & Forecasting Supervisor'' to join our client, a leading provider of innovative and sustainable automotive sealing solutions headquartered in Eschborn/Frankfurt, Germany, with operations in 11 countries.

We are accepting applications from candidates who can work in Manisa or Düzce locations. The work model involves 3 days remote and 2 days on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review integrated financial statements (P&L, BS. CF), analyzing financial data having an eye on interdependencies of transactions, prepare detailed reports, projections and statements in a timely manner.

Planning, coordination and monitoring the entity’s budget and forcasting process as well as the financial statements as process output.

Active participation in the design, development and implementation of integrated Budget and Forecast systems.

Supporting various reporting requirements related to budget and forecasting process.

Communicating with entities to proactive adress budget related issues.

Be Key User support for tool based planning and forecast modul and process.

Supporting the coordination of additional reporting activities when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in related departments (Preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or other related departments).

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance related positions (at least 3 years experience in big4 audit firms is highly preferable).

Proficiency in MS Office Applications.

In depth understanding of Group financial statements prepared with IFRS.

Consolidation background is an asset.

Proficiency in written and fluency in spoken English.

No travel restrictions.

Financial controlling on the group companies and consolidation.
